The Hypnobabies Home Study Advantage Program combines the Hypnobabies Home Study materials with the benefit of having a local instructor available to answer questions and to meet with as you complete your Home Study coursework.
A Home Study Advantage Class covers:
• Stages of birth including transformation and pushing stages
• Utilizing your birth cues, scripts and other Hypnobabies® tools for relaxation
• Watching Hypnobabies® birth videos
• A Birth Rehearsal to go over Hypnobabies® techniques, birth positions and different possible birth scenarios
• Answering questions about Hypnobabies® and preparation, so that you and your partner can feel confident as you approach your easier and comfortable birthing time!
We would meet one time at the end of your coursework. Please contact me for cost and availability.
